Born out of a passion for learning experience design and a heart for helping small business owners thrive, LXD Training Solutions was created to serve small businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. 

As an entrepreneur myself, I know the challenge of wearing all the hats and doing all the things in a business. But problems arise when we spread ourselves too thin. Quality is sacrificed and burnout eventually takes hold. The most successful leaders leverage their time and resources to enhance their own success. I have a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology and a passion for creating awesome learning experiences.
